These terms apply when you book and visit Verde Hair Lounge. They are here to keep things clear and fair for everyone. By booking with us you agree to them.

Bookings and appointments

You can book online through this website or by calling us on 01823 587 925. When you book, please give us accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment and reach you if anything changes. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so we can start promptly.

Cancellations and changes

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as you can, and at least 48 hours where possible, so we can offer the time to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean we ask for a deposit before booking you in again.

Skin and patch tests

For your safety, any colour service requires a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment, and a fresh test is needed if it has been a while since your last one or if your circumstances have changed. We cannot carry out a colour service without this. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, medication or recent treatments that could affect your service.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are a guide. Because hair varies so much, the final price is confirmed with you at your consultation before any work begins, particularly for colour, where length, thickness and the work involved all play a part. We accept payment by card or cash in the salon.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers, where available, can be put towards any service. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please bring your voucher with you and let us know when you book that you intend to use it.

Your results and our service

Our team are experienced and will always talk through what is realistically achievable for your hair at your consultation. Results can vary depending on the condition and history of your hair, and some looks may take more than one visit to reach safely. If you are ever unhappy with your service, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally within a few days, so we can take a look and put it right.

Children and salon comfort

You are welcome to bring children, but for everyone's safety and comfort we ask that they are supervised at all times while you are being treated.

Using this website

The content, images and branding on this website belong to Verde Hair Lounge and may not be copied or reused without permission. We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors at all times.

Links and booking provider

Our online booking is provided through Vagaro, and the website may link to other services such as social media. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
